I've made bread many times now and I still haven't gotten over how that shit is Magic
@wallhackio same except my bread only lasts like two days before it gets kinda dry so clearly I'm doing something wrong.
@The_T I halve my bread, freeze one half, and then keep the other half in a zip lock bag which for me keeps it from getting stale
@wallhackio hmm. Trying to decide if it's less work than just making a tiny loaf every 3 days. (I do ziploc the loaf)
