@monorail ok i see. i got it after eating a bunch of cooked food, lost all my bonus stamina, and both times i tried it i got a gazillion cold damage so i wrongly believed it just gives you a gazillion cold damage at the cost of all your bonus stamina
@wallhackio being the fastest "heal all injury" item in the game, it's really good for playing with the scout cannon glitch. on my run that got the speedrun achievement i used the scout cannon glitch to make it from the tropics campfire directly to the mesa campfire and took a million damage, but pandora's lunchbox picked me right up

@wallhackio it's an incredible panic button. it wipes away all your statuses, and does so extremely quickly (if you have it, it's good to keep on your hotbar, because you can use it after suffering lethal damage)
sure, it randomizes your statuses after. but usually, in a "panic button" situation, "random statuses" is better than the position you were in, especially because most statuses are temporary. you can trade in 200% injury for 10% poison 30% cold or something, which is very good. "random" can obviously be very bad, and i've heard of people using it and being put in a worse spot, but personally it's only ever saved my life
