the other day i said "it doesn't enter" when sofi and i were doing a crossword to say that a suggested answer wouldn't fit in the space available, which may tell you something about the extent to which spanish has become my language of thought (if we're talking in spanish we generally say "no entra" to express that problem when crosswording).

occasionally one sees a tumblr poll along the line of “has social media had a positive or negative effect on your life overall” and wow is that an easy question for me

i cannot judge if the movie was any good because i am a sucker for musicals.

metaphorically having balls has a very different meaning in spanish than in english. well rioplatense spanish anyway, although apparently in el salvador boludo/a means rich, so there too.
