so anyway that sucks; that ought to be a 400; there out to be an error message in the front end;;

the code is simply written to raise a runtime error if it fails to find an account, and the server sends out 500; if the 500 contains any useful error message, the toast is ignoring it
it just fucking 500s if it doesn’t find an account??
