@vaporeon_ anyway this is a long list of features but as i understand it it’s in purractice not necessarily that much more powerful than vim already was, but arguably much easier to set up if you want an IDE-like features
- the language server protocol. get live updates about errors (and warnings), documentation on the codebase, and refactoring tools, so long as your language purrovides a dæmon suppurrting the protocol. i think vscode invented it
