Online voting should NEVER be implemented but mail-in voting should be implemented EVERYWHERE

@coriander they have to literally change the state constitution before they can allow mail voting here and i’m so bummed about it
@Satsuma @coriander @aescling the awkward thing is you have to re-submit a remote mail request every year for a lot of the categories; the list that let you permanently vote remotely is smaller

@coriander @aescling @Lady the constitution has an enumerated list of reasons for which someone may vote remotely (which the state is then required to facilitate) but the delaware supreme court in uhhh 2021? decided that this list is exclusive aka the state may not facilitate remote voting for any other reasons.
The dodge is the governor decided not wanting to get covid is a sufficient reason to register to mail in due to disability, which is an approved category, so that’s what I’ve done the last four years
