@vaporeon_ japan does not have gendered pronouns but the english translations use "he". mostly in japan Kirby has been portrayed as ambiguous or perhaps fluid, and Sakurai has never given an exact gender, but has also used language in one game that is usually said by mascs.

after writing this i wondered if kirby is actually a "he" and my roommate checked the wiki and the answer is "yes and no"
