Vaporeon fact: Has never eaten a pineapple
Not sure whether I'd want to. They don't look particularly tasty.

@vaporeon_ it takes some practice to cut one yourself tho so not a good choice if you don't have knife skills
@ampOnfies @vaporeon_ when I worked in retail I was occasionally tasked with making pre cut fruit containers so I learned how to cut a pineapple

I'm bad at everything, but having to just do a few tasks instead of ALL OF THEM would already be an improvement
And maybe I'd be more motivated to do the other tasks if I was eating well
@vaporeon_ @wallhackio it is easier to do things if you aren't constantly stuck doing everything, all the time
nothing wrong with learning or just being good at one thing that you stick to

I genuinely do not enjoy living alone, but at least it's preferable to staying with my parents, because there's no arguing and nobody yells at me
But also, it means that I don't get to eat anything nice because it is too difficult for me to cook

@vaporeon_ @wallhackio all of us buying a big house together and settling down both feels like a dream and insanity

@ampOnfies @wallhackio If at least part of us had a job, maybe at least we could rent something?
@ampOnfies @wallhackio Though... the job that I have most chance of getting, it wouldn't be remote, it would be within bicycling distance of where I currently live, but also I might not be allowed to stay here once I'm no longer a student, and I'm in a city where places to live are notoriously expensive...

@vaporeon_ @wallhackio I admit this seems a bit like a housewife (without the gender, screw that) and divided among multiple bodies
@vaporeon_ out here pineapples are usually $4 USD each which is very expensive for fruit
They occasionally go on sale for $2 each which is worth it
@wallhackio @vaporeon_ they are very large
but there's a certain bad store here that sells small containers of cut up pieces and they're like $6! for like 1/6 of a pineapple!
@wallhackio @vaporeon_ when we got one fresh (it was in a blind box) we gave it to the neighbour to cut, splitting it with them
