I meant, I don't have to do this for work, I can write my own website however I want, and make it look good instead of making it look modern

@onfy And I can make sure to do everything I can to avoid wasting bandwidth, instead of loading 5MB giant images and 10MB of unnecessary JavaScripts and adding a chatbot integration while we're at it

I have mixed feelings about not getting a tech job myself

@onfy I will have to get a tech job at some point for sure, but hopefully not in web development... Something like system administration or high-performance computing or something, something where I'll never to have to touch JavaScript or web frameworks
