@The_T i took about a sixth of a can and diced it up and added it to an omelette and added no additional salt and that was pretty good
you can do similar things with fried rice
@wallhackio my doctor is already constantly on me to lower sodium, so I don't add salt to anything.
@The_T if you're really dead set on trying spam the reduced sodium variant is actually quite good
