however. when i'm trying to enjoy a pornographic work and there's sex in it, i'm disappointed. it's not what i'm looking for you know? and i'll try to skip past it usually but, often i'll miss important plot details that were brought up during the sex. nothing in this post is ironic

it's just that sex isn't what does it for me. i'm fully uninterested. i have recontextualized what "being horny" is such that i don't think of it as being related to sex at all
additionally i understand the word "pornography" at this point to mean "art created primarily for people to enjoy for horny reasons" which, under this framework doesn't need to be even remotely sexual
