really liked this movie. not quite my favorite of del Toro's movies that I have seen, but I think maybe the best-done of them.

they're not even fortunes! the first time there were ads in the fortune cookies it was something else and like, they were still fortunes iirc... possibly themed fortunes, but... not just, jokes or calls to action.

i really h8 how the local chinese restaurants have cryptocurrency ads instead of fortunes in their fortune cookies.

oh no my computer was doing the thing where it thought it was charging even when it wasn’t and also didn’t actually charge. hopefully letting its battery run out will fix whatever got confused like it did the last time.
