Are there even airplanes in the Pokémon games? There are a few in the Pokémon Journeys anime...
Presumably though, if you're a Pokémon trainer, you'd just fly on Latios or something

@aescling @vaporeon_ or more likely the tera sandwiches are unlocking it's power, since it's an ancient dormant (or in the case of Miraidon, future dormant) creature

@aescling @vaporeon_ yeah. spoilers for Scarlet/Violet but in the course of the normal gameplay you can just glide, basically falling slowly.
And then at the end of the DLC they were like "fuck it, you can fly full force now, go wherever the fuck you want, break the game"
