@The_T @wallhackio Java is a totally different language, and unlike JavaScript (which coincidentally has a similar name), nobody writes Java for the web anymore, though that was a thing in the past

@vaporeon_ @The_T @wallhackio corporate entities are still using java fur the web these days, in the form of spring, which is a terrifyingly convoluted collection of libraries designed around making java kinda work like an interpreted language

@vaporeon_ @aescling @The_T yeah aesc probably didn't understand you meant "java for the client" instead of "java running on a server that it is expected to be used by a web client"
