@pamela wow yeah thats a lot faster! I’d check the ingredients list to see if they’re just using a bunch of flavored oils etc that float off the bag—otherwise this is some kind of dark magic i know nothing of 😂

@pamela i cold brew regular teabags (mostly herbal, bc caffeine) all the time w/no issue tho it does take a while (overnight to 24 hrs, depending)

So I’d guess probably finer grind so it brews faster, plus maybe some soluble flavoring agents sprayed on top for extra speed

@platypus i think theres a bit of an overton window issue where for so long the convos around walkabity have been like “hello i would like to be able to get from point a to point v without being hit by a car” that we’ve gotten really bad at considering walkability factors past that absolute bare minimum

anyway yes agreed! we need more trees and other plants on streets, and also ample (and equitable!) access to nice trails

@pamela my experience with UK food is that they have a very minimal concept of a hot green pepper that pickles well, but if they did they’d use the bastardized version of whatever it’s called in Indian cooking to refer to it
