remember when I was complaining a couple weeks ago about how there was all this fanfare about a seaweed that supposedly tasted like bacon and then total silence?

@Satsuma@glitch.cat.family it's good! I ate a little just out of the box and it tastes like seaweed. apparently to bring out the bacony notes you need to hit it with some heat, at least one place deep fries it I think? which I am on board for
@Satsuma@glitch.cat.family I honestly don't know if I am going to cook much with it, I might try to hand it off to some friends who are much better at figuring stuff like that out. We'll see though, maybe in a scramble or something? I have some tofu
