a) because albums are not an artform we generally think of as receiving continual updates / have traditionally been most receptive to static physical mediums
b) because it was posted literally within a few hours of the album’s release, implying kanye knew wolves was bad and released it anyway, and meaning many people’s first exposure to the song happened after reading that tweet
c) because it was kanye west in early 2016
but it is indicative of a sentiment and ethos which had even then been going on in games for some time
