petition to change our year numbering to years since the introduction of the Gregorian calendar, since that actually makes sense
@Satsuma i meant year 0 = 1582, since Gregorian calendar dates before 1582 have to be calculated backwards from that point
@Satsuma i would accept 1750 though if you want a New Style Calendar point of origin rather than a Gregorian one
@Satsuma (actually for New Style Calendars, the correct date of origin is 1752, which is additionally favourable because it is a leap year)
