Vaporeon gets swept away, but thankfully, Vaporeon can breathe under the water because of the gills
As the wave retreats, Vaporeon lays down on the ground confusedly, but noticeably larger from the water that they did absorb. They are now half the height of a Gigantamax Eevee.
