Hey I have a question: at work sometimes I'll make a mistake and get told (very nicely and not in an in-trouble way) "Hey, this got fucked up, here's what you did wrong, here's how you can fix it going forward" and inevitably my mood will just TANK from that, my anxiety will spike, I'll start feeling like a total failure, all kinds of shit.
Is that Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria?
