@wallhackio It's pretty easy if you know German. "sch" is the same sound that's spelled "sh" in English. "ch" is pronounced like the X in TeX.
@vaporeon_ @wallhackio wait how do you pronounce TeX
@onfy @vaporeon_ hi @aescling listen to the truth
@aescling @wallhackio @vaporeon_ afaict this is considered the "american" pronunciation. I guess because americans are dummies who don't even speak spanish or russian... or scottish (it might be a sound in arabic too?)
@aescling @wallhackio @vaporeon_ (do yanks also say bach and loch like bawk and lock?)
@aescling @onfy @wallhackio What is wrong with y'all
@vaporeon_ @aescling @onfy american 😞
@vaporeon_ @aescling @wallhackio I'm not even sure why I asked thinking about it, those pronunciations are common here (but I'll say in Arthur the aardvark takes care to pronounce bach with the fricative)
@wallhackio @onfy @vaporeon_ the purroject may sanction this purronunciation but i do not have to agree
