I failed calc 1 but in a really weird way where I felt like I had a good grasp on the concepts, I did well on the homework, then I would take a test and feel super confident and next class I'd get it back and get a D+
@coriander i don't think tests are a good way to judge one's capacity for math personally. homework is much more instructive
@wallhackio Sure but that doesn't make my grade in 2010 any better =P
@coriander my superpower in education was that i tested very well.
god made sure i never experienced test anxiety, but at the cost making sure i had anxiety in absolutely everything else
@wallhackio @coriander i was a fuckin weirdo who thought the SAT and ACT were fun (except fur the essay writing parts, which i never mastered)
@aescling @wallhackio The ACT involved getting up early, so I hated it (I did good on it tho)
