what is the highest timer on a microwave or the like you would use the +30 seconds button repeatedly for?
@alyssa 90 seconds, because I think it's faster (at least if we factor in Fitts' Law) than 1 minute + 30 seconds. But since it's a true +30, I can also do 5 minutes + 30 seconds if I really want to.
@alyssa our microwave is such that if you press 1, 2, or 3 and wait two seconds it does that many minutes, so i only use +30sec for 30 seconds
