chihayafuru is an abnormal viewing experience fur me in that i don’t find the bimbo character annoying, but rather adore her
which is good that it pulled this off, as she’s the main character

@Lady i fear i may be forging memories out of thin air now that you ask, but i could swear i have a historical frustration with the archetype. might either be saying something about me, or it might be saying something about like, the kinds of stock characters i remember from shit i watched as a kid?
