given how much of a clumsy disaster i am its surprising i have only had one incident occur while cooking since living on my own

i was once dicing a carrot and while trying to split the carrot down the middle it rolled and caused the knife to slice towards my hand and that sucked

@aescling anyway nowadays when i use a potato peeler to remove carrot skin you can create flat edges along the carrot that stop it from rolling
and i don't put my hands on the carrot when i slice it longways
never again
