@aschmitz @wallhackio if you are genuinely arguing that biscotti is not baking that would rather explain why you keep thinking everything is cooking, because its hard to think of a more definitionally baked product

@Satsuma @wallhackio I would certainly say that the first pass of biscotti is baking. I am... less certain about the second. I guess typically the second cooking/baking is typically just "you sliced it", not any other prep? Hmmm.
