@wallhackio after extensive interviews with the subject i have determined that they think cooking skills/tools are a subset of baking skills/tools but from a recipe/dish perspective baking is a subset of cooking

@wallhackio personally i do think of knives as a cooking tool that is sometimes used for baking and a whisk as a baking tool that is sometimes used for cooking
