So I guess the plan is mock the idea, then run with it and take credit for it? Real classy dick move. Should've just done it when it was suggested, but I guess better late than never. (related: I just took a home test yesterday, paranoid about my bad cold; thankfully it was negative)

@greyor they’ve been available for free from local libraries in my state for a while (since july or august) but they’ve had trouble keeping up with the demand — they would get shipments in 1-2x/wk and run out within the day when I was checking for them
I’m glad the biden administration is finally stepping up to deliver free tests, hopefully it’ll make them a little more accessible

@Satsuma oh that is awesome! Not sure if our library has them or not. The one I took yesterday was the first one I've tried and it was kinda uncomfortable but worth doing.
Me too, I am all about making them more accessible.

@greyor I haven’t done the at home ones yet, but I’ve been to free PCR clinics a few times since the pandemic started & I’ve always been glad I went

@Satsuma ahhh that is rough and testing here and there makes complete sense in that case.
She's mostly better, I am a couple of days behind her on healing but oh well. Getting there. Thank you for the kind wishes!
