So Starbucks can get fucked (more)

They're putting up rubrics where (loose image desc) states of customer experience are ranked -1 through 2, and in fine US tradition, 0 seems fine but you are only ever expected to hit the 2. Literally the only valuable thing about this poster is that for a -1 experience, the shift manager is asked to hold themself accountable, too.

@pamela literally the only things i care about when buying coffee is:
- its clean enough that i’m not worried about the dairy going off
- they give me decaf when i ask for decaf
- they’re willing to make it in my travel mug if i ask

Literally all the criteria for ones and twos are just….nonsense that has nothing to do with actual consumer habits
