@lapis I marinated top round beef in oil, balsamic vinegar, parsley, and garlic for 2 hours, then gave it a spice rub of salt+pepper+garlic+mustard and roasted it till rare
fried some Costco parmesan-rosemary bread in butter and gave both slices a healthy amount of kewpie mayo
Added some slices of roast beef and then two thick slices of a massive heirloom tomato from a local farm that I seasoned with salt and freshly cracked pepper
I added some arugula that I tossed in olive oil and Penzey's sandwich sprinkle
And I thinly sliced some bellavitano cheese
you will crave this sandwich
@wallhackio that is an amazing sandwich. I would not go to that much work for a sandwich but I admire the level of effort you went into what sounds like an amazing fucking sandwich
