I was under the impression that "gay" could be used as a general umbrella term for all the LGBTQAI+ things, but that seems to not at all be the consensus
@wallhackio It depends on the person (and context). It's vaguely common online, especially in a context where it's understood ("be gay, do crime" among non-men, say), but in your previous question you were asking about applying it to other people, where that's trickier.
