@wallhackio @onfy I assume that this device originally had one of those internal USB headers that you stick onto USB pins on a motherboard, and that this is a modification by the previous owner to make it take external USB instead (for whatever reason??? It was installed internally in a computer, so this seems like a bad decision)...
It is very messy and I sure am glad that I opened the computer instead of turning it on
