@lapis Edelgard goes in empress tier and is in her own tier above the rest

@wallhackio also I like Pam but only because I play the Archipelago randomizer and when her friendship is up she's a good source of batteries
@wallhackio like a lot of times I will have her friendship up, get a battery from her, and then give it to her to complete Pam Needs Juice
@The_T I think Pam is a very well-written character but she is also very abusive to Penny so I dislike her muchly
