I always love brewing stuff in Stardew valley, and I want MORE varieties of stuff to brew. not in mods I mean.
Let me make Apple Cider, let me make Kefir! Let me make brandy! Let me make Rum
and then make Mayor Lewis make alcohol illegal so I can become a Rum Runner

I tried Mead at a Ren Faire and expected it to taste sweeter and was disappointed.
@lapis There's a lot of variance to mead, is the thing
@coriander @lapis alcohol is a vast world so like, there is something out there that anyone would enjoy
But it's also expensive and probably bad for you so I'm not exactly one to needle someone into trying a ton
And I say this as someone who loves loves loves craft beer
We DID just get a lesbian lounge (last year; all are welcome), maybe I can find autistic lesbians who will buy me a free drink (and me not realize they're hitting on me; no photos but I look vaguely sapphic librarian-esque irl?)
@lapis @wallhackio I started getting into whiskey by just talking to the bartender at my local haunt lmao I went up one day like "Okay, I've had this and I liked it and I had this and didn't, what should I try?"

@lapis @wallhackio As long as it's not a busy night most bartenders will be more than happy to talk about alcohol and help you find something you like
@coriander @lapis the best way to learn about alcohol is to have a friend with a hyperfixation on some kind of alcohol who will enjoy talking your ears off about the alcohols they enjoy and will also give you free drinks
