CORIANDER'S COFFEE PREPARATION METHOD
Fill your water-warmer up and get it started
Select one of your insulated steel travel-type mugs (16 oz or so recommended)
Fill that bitch up with ice
No, really, fill it ALL the way up
Put your pour-over thing on top of the mug with a filter (obvi)
Put in like a heaping dinner table teaspoon
Maybe another half or so if it looks a bit low
Get a second, regular mug and put like 2 teaspoons of Coffee-Mate non-dairy creamer in it
By now the water should be done, but if not, chill for a minute
Pour enough water into the grounds to wet them fully, let them drain
While this happens, pour just enough water into the creamer mug that you can mix the powder into solution
Once the grounds have drained, pour the creamer into the coffee
Slowly pour the rest of the water into the grounds such that they never settle but also not overflowing the pour-over thing
Once it's filled to the desired level, mix it all up
Now you have cold brew coffee! :D
@wallhackio It's nice! It comes out much smoother than traditional iced coffee, where you make it hot and then just put a bunch of ice in it, while also giving you way more flexibility and freedom than regular cold-brew methods, which require you to plan ahead like three days and deal with jars sitting in your fridge and stuff
