my biggest critique of fire emblem three houses is that you can only marry one character

@wallhackio here's another critique taken from my brother's playthrough

Raphael is basically the perfect man. Do you marry HIM or do you hope he marries whoever you ship him with that's not Byleth.

(This was a genuine struggle for my brother. I do agree Raphael is perfect though I wouldn't marry him because he is my son.)

@lapis I didn't interact with him much because i went with Edelgard's house but I'll talk to him more on the next playthrough!

@wallhackio I'm going with Edelgard's house because I want to marry her but I do plan to do all the houses.

(My brother went with Edelgard's house but then went church path which I think was a bad choice. If you are wondering he married Seteth because he was hoping Raphael would get together with Bernadette (I don't think it worked out that way but I don't remember))

@lapis FUCK the church I was so happy that Edelgard gave me the opportunity to oppose them

Fire Emblem 3 Houses spoilers

@wallhackio ikr?

But he went with the option to (fail to) execute Edelgard because I SUPPOSE to be fair she killed your dad

Fire Emblem 3 Houses spoilers

@wallhackio like yes I know Edelgard has a fucked up route but also? She's hot! I want my evil queen

re: Fire Emblem 3 Houses spoilers

@lapis not sure I'm even ethically opposed to her route, but I could be biased cause she is hot

re: Fire Emblem 3 Houses spoilers

@wallhackio basically I just remember hearing some fucked up shit happens on her route

Also that line where she basically answers the war crimes question with "No U" did lose nuance in translation. Like I'm not saying it's a great defense but it was an actual defense in the original.

@lapis my roommates tell me that she mellows out a bit while you're on her side. so far she hasn't done anything egregious to me outside of the inherent terribleness of war, and the fact that the society wishes to make would be a meritocracy and may still create the economic disparity that the current nobility system induced
