defying gravity isn't even that good. its just loud. it's loud and it goes up at the end. that's the whole thing. the melody isn't doing anything interesting, it's just belting for the sake of belting
@Taweret That song, and Wicked in general, are my go-to examples of why I hate Broadway. I just do not enjoy that style of music at all
