@vaporeon_ its a painkiller similar to aspirin. Tylenol is a particularly famous brand--the actual painkiller is the wordy "acetominephen", but people just say Tylenol even when you don't buy Tylenol-brand painkillers, like how some people say Kleenex to refer to ordinary tissues

@wallhackio @vaporeon_ I know about the name at all because there's a scene with heavy plot revelations in Beneath a Steel Sky (great game)... after this a character suddenly offers the protagonist some paracetamol, leading to the incredible line of "I don't want analgesic, I want answers!"

@onfy @vaporeon_ paracetamol is the name according to World Health Organization and acetaminophen is used by "United States, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Colombia and Venezuela"
