Someone smarter than me could probably make a joke about normals (from geometry)

@vaporeon_ amy and holly are linearly independent and span the monorail system, hence they form a standard basis. the vectors of a standard basis are orthogonal to each other, i.e. normal

hence amy is normal and you can prove it mathematically

@wallhackio Just add another dimension, make the monorail system in 3D instead of 2D, then a vector basis can have 3 vectors

@wallhackio This implies that the 50m tall Glaceon girl is normal, too... :blobcatsurprised:

@vaporeon_ vaporeon is a linear combination of "fish" and "cat" and as such the vector representing vaporeon is not orthogonal to the standard basis. in other words, vaporeon is not normal

@vaporeon_ a hotly contested conjecture in the mathematics community

@vaporeon_ the mathematics community has decided that Clodsire, is, in fact, highly abnormal

@wallhackio @vaporeon_ And as per usual, things can only be normal with relationship to something else. For example, amy is normal to holly, but not necessarily to anything else that may be in the monorail space.
