Good ride today except for I didn't fuel up enough beforehand and bonked right when I was finishing, which is throwing everything off as I am rushing to put sugar and calories in my system before taking a shower
It's funny, I never mark myself feeling "strong" on the aerobic days, despite the fact that an hour solid is beginning to become nowhere near enough (which I assume is why tomorrow I get to eat these words with a 2 hour ride)
This was actually scheduled to only be an hour ride but I got my schedule confused and thought it was two so I was all worked up for a long ride so I split the difference and did 90 minutes
There's some kind of mismatch between the readings my watch gets from my wheel sensor and the readings my computer gets so I'm gonna split the difference and say I got like 17.1 miles today
