I gave PKMN Sleep another shot now that I've gotten back to where I like my sleep to be and while I honestly do not know what most of the game part of the app actually does, it has still helped me get to bed consistently for the past week or so

Like I'm not kidding, I have no idea what the majority of the mechanics and currencies in the app do at ALL, I just know you want to cook for the Snorlax and feed cookies to the Pokemon who show up in the morning

Also I have an Eevee in a Santa hat
