@alyssa you can now get gold petals from the mission flower and also coordination game, too. gold petals are important for the expansion (which lets you have more hedgies) and the gold watering can (which cuts down growing time dramatically)

you can get lots of gift hedgies from the subreddit and i think the most active wiki is the fandom one for any further Qs
@alyssa the in-game guide is most of what you need. i think the one thing i most wish was specified is that crossing plants isn't guaranteed so you may not have success even with the right combination.
oh and it's really difficult to get enough silver petals to get going at first but small seeds are the best profit margin.
and the gold flowers in the yard and the hedgie holding adverts in the menu are to watch ads to get gold petals. [cont]
