thought up a joke about pronouncing Yosemite as ヨセミテ and then found out no that's actually how they pronounce it in Japanese. okay!

@aescling yo-se-mi-te. Notable, mi-te would be how you say "look" in Japanese. I guess technically the se is the only part that's REALLY different from Yosemite but the main thing is the emphasis on the syllables is so different.
