Hey does anyone have experience with 8bitdo controllers? I'm considering picking up one of their SNES clones so I can have something with a d-pad that I like to use

@coriander they have a switch controller knock off with Hall effect sticks (okay they have several, it’s quite confusing) and i’m pretty happy with it. a little bit of occasional snapback, but it feels good, much better than an actual pro controller does
i can’t really vouch fur the nostalgia controllers, but i’ve seen reviewers complain that the brand apparently has consistently mid control pads

@aescling The joysticks don't concern me much on account of the aforementioned brand-new xbox controller which is serving me perfectly well for joystick games, I'm just looking for something with a better d-pad than that controller has
