English language question: I remember — possibly from the LaTeX manual — that the en-dash (–, not to be confused with the longer em-dash —) can be used for time intervals. But I'm not sure how to structure the sentence around it.
If I was speaking, I would say "from 13 o'clock to 14 o'clock". But "from 13:00–14:00" looks weird, the "to" is missing. "13:00–14:00" also looks as if a word is missing. "in the interval 13:00–14:00"? Nobody talks like that.
So how do I do it correctly?
