i seriously don't know how to get fallout 4 to run at more than 20 to 40 FPS outside. i tried turning off vsync and turning on borderless windows but this game just runs like trash no matter what

if i run it on low graphics settings i can get 45 to 50 FPS which is probably the max for a bethesda game that came out after post skyrim
