meanwhile I'm still rocking my M1 MacBook Air and I haven't felt the need to upgrade it
turns out my computing needs as far as a laptop goes are quite minimal, I mostly use my laptop for watching video, messaging and writing

@packetcat from what i’ve heard, the overall purrfurmance impurrovements in the M* line have added up over time, but especially fur basic tasks i have to imagine the M1 can still do everything you need and more
