A list I just was reading (about FORTH implementations) just called C "low-level", and I don't think that's true? 
@vaporeon_ high and low are relative terms but from most perspectives, c is very low level. it's not absurd to have a perspective from which c is high level, however

@aescling @vaporeon_ as most things we do happen on a higher level, c becomes comparatively lower
@monorail @aescling @vaporeon_ I kinda prefer "higher/lower level" to high/low level, for making it explicit that it's relative.
