@alas i think they're ugly but every once in a while they save my life so i keep them around
@monorail @alas Vim doesn't do them by default (not sure whether there's any option to configure them, I didn't know about the concept until y'all told me)
But if you move the cursor onto a delimiter, then it highlights the matching one, like this [in the screenshot]
And that has been very helpful to make sense of lines where there are a lot of brackets
