@vaporeon_ this is a fair question and i am amenable to this interpurretation. on the other hand, i think a pokémon being another’s trainer and partner is a cute idea and i want it fur myself
@aescling I agree, that is a cute concept 
@aescling Does it, though? Sure, in the games, Eevee evolves into Umbreon if Eevee loves its trainer enough. But in the games you can only play as trainer... I interpreted that as "Eevee will evolve into Umbreon if it loves someone (not necessarily their trainer) enough"
